File paperwork to create your businessFile a Certificate of Formation by mail, fax, or online. Normal processing takes 3-5 days but if you pay $25 for expedited service it is done in 1 day.There is $300 filing fee to form a Texas corporation or LLC. Normal processing is done in about 3 days.
